 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eleanor Grace Dance website [www.eleanorgracedance.co.uk] and any services offered by Eleanor Grace Dance ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Eleanor Grace Dance or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our express written consent.
  • You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Registration and Account

  • To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account on Book When & Class4Kids. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment for our services will be required. All payment details provided by you must be accurate and complete.
  • We may offer refunds under certain circumstances, subject to our refund policy.

Parents must: 

  • Arrive with plenty of time to get your child ready for their class, ensuring they are dressed in the correct uniform and with their hair in a neat ponytail or bun 
  • If your child is under the age of 12, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian until their timetabled class begins. Eleanor Grace Dance is not responsible for any student outside their class time. 
  • Keep the teacher informed if your child is ill or unable to attend classes. 
  • Endeavour to establish good communications with teachers and staff for the benefit of all. 
  • Never challenge or threaten a teacher or member of the team. Any concerns must come directly to the school principal, email eleanorgracedance@outlook.com
  • Do not raise issues of disagreement publicly. 
  • Always collect your child promptly at the end of a class. 
  • Pay all fees on time as stated on the invoice. A late payment fee will be issued if failure to do so, and may risk your child losing their place in the class. - If you choose to withdraw from a class we must be given notice prior to the next term commencing or payment for the full term must be paid. - If your invoice is not paid in full by the end of each term, your child will not automatically be enrolled in their class for the following term and their place may be offered to the next person on the waiting list. - No refunds will be made if you choose to leave Eleanor Grace Dance mid term. 

Photography/Filming 

  • I give permission for my child’s photograph to be taken or be included in any filmed media. Photographic and filmed media may be used and reproduced by EGD for teaching, promotional or demonstrational purposes on our website or the school Facebook page and/or Instagram feed. 
  • Photos may be taken using the teachers personal device. The photo will be deleted from the device immediately when the photo has been used for its purpose. 
  • Please contact us immediately if you do not agree to us using any photo’s or videos of your child.

Emergency Medical Treatment 

  • I give permission to any of the schools trained first aiders to make emergency decisions as necessary with regard to treatment or injury received during any activity until such time as an emergency contact can be called. 
  • I authorise them to sign any medical documents which may be necessary for the emergency treatment should the emergency continue

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Eleanor Grace Dance harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

Subscription Agreement

  • By subscribing to Eleanor Grace Dance, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement is a legal contract between you ("Subscriber") and Eleanor Grace Dance.

Subscription Terms

  • Eleanor Grace Dance offers a monthly subscription service.
  • Subscribers are billed on a monthly basis on the 1st of every month. This runs 12 months a year and takes into account half term holidays.

Notice of Cancellation

  • Subscribers are required to provide a one-month notice for cancellation.
  • Cancellation notices must be submitted through the designated platform or contact method provided by Eleanor Grace Dance.

Billing and Payments

  • Subscribers authorise Eleanor Grace Dance to charge the provided payment method on a monthly basis.
  • Billing occurs on the same day each month, based on the initial subscription date.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the subscription.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
  • Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Eleanor Grace Dance in exceptional circumstances.

Changes to Subscription

  • Eleanor Grace Dance reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.
  • Changes to subscription terms will be communicated to Subscribers in advance.

Termination:

  • Eleanor Grace Dance reserves the right to terminate a subscription for violations of these terms or any other applicable policies.
  • Subscribers may terminate their subscription by providing the required one-month notice.

Privacy and Data Security:

  • Eleanor Grace Dance is committed to protecting the privacy of its Subscribers.
  • Subscriber data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be found on the Eleanor Grace Dance website.

By subscribing to Eleanor Grace Dance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Eleanor Grace Dance reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and Subscribers will be notified of such changes. It is the Subscriber's responsibility to regularly review these terms for updates.
